● Services means any property marketing services provided by Us, including but not limited to photography, video, floor plans and digital content.
● Contract means the agreement between Us and the Client for the supply of Services.
Booking and Orders
2.1 All bookings for Services must be placed via our booking forms, client portal or confirmed in writing by email.
2.2 A Contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the booking by email.
2.3 Prices for Services are as set out to the client prior to the time of booking. We may update prices from time to time but this will not affect any confirmed bookings.
2.4 You must provide accurate information, including property address, contact details, access instructions and any other relevant information required to perform the Services.
Delivery of Services
3.1 We will provide the Services at the agreed time and date subject to access being available.
3.2 We will use reasonable skill and care in providing the Services. Any delivery times quoted are estimates only.
3.3 If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the booking, a cancellation fee may apply.
Payment
4.1 We will invoice you for the Services as stated at the point of booking.
4.2 Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 If payment is not made by the due date, We may charge interest on overdue amounts.
Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights in any materials We provide as part of the Services remain Our property or that of Our licensors.
5.2 We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use any deliverables for lawful business purposes only.
Liability
6.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our total liability for loss or damage arising under or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.
6.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of income, profits, business or data.
Data Protection
We will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You agree that we may collect, store and use your information to provide the Services and communicate with you.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential any information identified as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond Our reasonable control including strikes, natural disaster, pandemic, war, civil unrest or failure of utilities.
Health and Safety / Access
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and that the property is in a safe condition for our team to carry out the Services. We reserve the right to not perform a service if the conditions are deemed unsafe.
Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance cover including public liability and professional indemnity insurance for the Services we provide. Evidence of insurance can be provided on request.
